This website is designed to assist clients with online scheduling of public or private events and pre-paid rental tickets for public events & services provided by Silent Disco by JCQ Jones LLC.  

 

For public commercial events, the public venue or organizer is responsible for obtaining an active public performance license for music events on the property. Private events are defined as non-commercial, invitation only gatherings that does not charge admission to participants, otherwise it is considered a commercial event in which the client is responsible for obtaining a public performance license for music events on the property. Silent Disco by JCQ Jones LLC carries general liability insurance. 
 

 We offer  online prepaid rental tickets available for most public events. We also accept in person payment including credit card, cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Private group rental packages and pre-paid rental fees are subject to change and may vary.

Prior to services, all customers must read and accept the following:  Waiver & Liability Release, Terms & Conditions, and Cancellation & Refund policies listed on the main menu of the website.   These policies are automatically authorized during online requests for bookings, online purchase of rental tickets for public venue events, or in person prior to use of services at an event.  

 

All content on this website is considered intellectual property of Wix and/or JCQ Jones and subject to copyright rules and regulations and content cannot be utilized without official written and notarized consent by JCQ Jones. Silent Disco by JCQ Jones LLC reserves the right to refuse service to individuals and venue/establishments who do not comply with these Terms & Conditions and/or based on the discretion of the owner.
