Cancellation & Refund Policy

For public prepaid online rental tickets: 

Guarantee your spot by pre-paying online through our website under Upcoming Public Events.    To receive a full refund,  cancellations must be the made 24  hours prior to event start time, otherwise there is a cancellation fee in the total amount of the pre-paid purchase. 

For private group event reservations: 

A $100 deposit must be made in advance to reserve a session date/time. For a full refund of the deposit,  cancellations must be the made 24  hours prior to event start time; otherwise there is a cancellation fee  of $100 kept from the deposit. Full payment of the selected event package is required at the start of the event either in person or online.

For public venue/establishment reservations: 

There is no fee to reserve a silent disco session by the organizer/owner of the venue/establishment. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations as a professional courtesy when applicable. 

Cancellation by us

​​In the event of an unforeseen cancellation by Silent Disco by JCQ Jones LLC, all parties will receive full refunds of any deposits or pre-paid rentals with our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
