Service Description
Private Silent Disco events do not disappoint. We provide the headphones, playlists and silent disco DJ tailored to your event’s theme or music preferences, guaranteeing a unique and affordable experience for you to entertain your guests. Schedule a silent disco session (minimum 1 hour/$150) with DJ JCQ Jones at your private event. Examples of private non-commercial events can include (but not limited to) family social gatherings like reunions, birthday parties, graduations, Quinceañeras, company events like workshops & holiday parties , various retreats, block parties, ladies night out, dudes night out, bachelor & bachelorette parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners & wedding receptions, random Tuesdays, fundraisers, camps, afterschool programs, and so much more. If you have an event, we bring the entertainment. This plan offers tiered levels of bulk headphone hourly rentals. The $100 deposit required to reserve the date and time and must be approved by owner (additional inquiries of event may apply). Full payment is due at time of service either online or in person. We provide up to 45 headphones with 3 separate channels of music. We curate specific playlists to fit your event theme (some limitations on song selection may apply). We only provide music and headphones with onsite DJ, event table and headphone stand (no other event decor).
Cancellation Policy
For public prepaid online rental tickets: Guarantee your spot by pre-paying online through our website under Upcoming Public Events. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be the made 24 hours prior to event start time, otherwise there is a cancellation fee in the total amount of the pre-paid purchase. For private group event reservations: A $100 deposit must be made in advance to reserve a session date/time. For a full refund of the deposit, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to event start time; otherwise there is a cancellation fee of $100 kept from the deposit. Full payment of the selected event package is required at the start of the event either in person or online. For public venue/establishment reservations: There is no fee to reserve a silent disco session by the organizer/owner of the venue/establishment. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations as a professional courtesy when applicable. Cancellation by Us In the event of an unforeseen cancellation by Silent Disco by JCQ Jones LLC, all parties will receive full refunds of any deposits or pre-paid rentals with our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
