Service Description
2026 Company Debut Special! Schedule a complimentary silent disco session with DJ JCQ Jones at your venue/establishment. Our wireless headphone system provides up to 45 headphones with 3 separate channels. Each headphone is color coordinated to each channel. Choose from our curated playlists and/or have customers request their favorite tracks on-site (requests may not be available for all venues). The patrons are charged separately by our company, paying $10 per headphone rental for the 2 hour event session. Patrons can pre-pay on our website or onsite during event. We carry general liability insurance. Your venue/establishment is responsible for having an active public performance license from a performing rights organization (PRO) for booking DJ services. If you are interested in scheduling additional silent disco events, after our complimentary trial, the cost of hosting a silent disco event is $150 per hour (up to 20 headphones) or $200 per hour (up to 45 headphones) where your patrons will have general access to the headphone system without being charged additionally. For events requiring more than 50 headphones, additional charges may apply or affect headphone rental fees, contact jcq.jonesz@gmail.com with event details to receive a quote.
Cancellation Policy
Note that an official ID or a $60 cash deposit are held during the time of event and will be returned once the headphone is returned back to the DJ in full without overt negligent damage. For public prepaid online rental tickets: Guarantee your spot by pre-paying online through our website under Upcoming Public Events. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be the made 24 hours prior to event start time, otherwise there is a cancellation fee in the total amount of the pre-paid purchase. For private group event reservations: A $100 deposit must be made in advance to reserve a session date/time. For a full refund of the deposit, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to event start time; otherwise there is a cancellation fee of $100 kept from the deposit. Full payment of the selected event package is required at the start of the event either in person or online. For public venue/establishment reservations: There is no fee to reserve a silent disco session by the organizer/owner of the venue/establishment. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations as a professional courtesy when applicable. Cancellation by Us In the event of an unforeseen cancellation by Silent Disco by JCQ Jones LLC, all parties will receive full refunds of any deposits or pre-paid rentals with our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
